Our Mission
Community Resource Advocate’s mission is to provide information on the dynamics of owning a home in an HOA community. Our goal is to educate homeowners about their personal responsibilities living in a non-profit corporation.
While your home is yours to enjoy, it is also yours to protect. Creating and implementing a sustainable program removes all doubt regarding the community’s maintenance needs, provides a community-based set of rules, and gives the board members the tools necessary for making corporate level decisions, without depending on prospective contractors for desired outcomes.
CRA is Your Educational Tool
We are a free website for all homeowners and board members to gain information the state, the counties, and cities promote researched sustainable practices. These resources are from the Arizona State University and the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension service who work with the federal, the state and all 15 counties to provide training and assistance across the nation which includes HOA’s. It is CRA’s purpose to support you, and your board members in understanding how to use these tools.
We are here to help facilitate in making decisions for your community. If your community is not following best known practices, they’re not following what’s best known for you or for your community. We hope to hear from you soon!
